Doesn't look like bypassers went too deep. This job isn't that difficult so if you've been on property for 1000 hrs and haven't figured it out, well, that's on you. Training department will determine who "belongs" in that seat and who doesn't.

7/16/15 hire for the most junior spot. Probably on the line for 11 months and knows the airplane by now. Don't see the problem, far better than the guys upgrading with 150 hrs in the plane not so long ago.
