I would say there should only be two airlines I'd look at if I was coming in. Endeavor or compass. Compass doesn't have a bonus. $36 first year pay. And 1.5 year upgrade. I think CPZ has better bases and a better aircraft. I suppose if you're an east coaster CPZ doesn't look good. We don't have issues hiring so we don't need to offer a bonus. As numbers change TSH CEO will reevaluate competitive bonuses and possibly introduce one again.
