Yeah that groundschool comment sounds like BS . also I was recently told mgt. was not allowed to give recomendations anymore. also I was told they might drop the domicille requirement and open up all cities like it was before in oct.
If they do go back to home basing the competitive flight time #'s will skyrocket as they'll get a lot more resumes......probably including mine.
