In regards to reserve on the 145 in ORD (or the CRJ) you shouldn't sit reserve for more than a couple months. 5-6 at most. One thing I will say is that the 145 still has the greatest variety in flying. You can do short hops or you can do long hops all in one trip which keeps things entertaining. The Miami flying is fun, and we're going to start overnighting in the Bahamas next month from what I saw on the NRTP on my.eaglevoyjet.com. It's really not a bad gig. Not perfect but no regional is.
