Yeah I asked out of curiosity what you based your statement on. I was curious if an attorney told you something different than one told me. I had the contract reviewed by a law firm and was informed the contract is enforceable.
Whether they enforce it or not who knows.
I am with ya, buddy! Screw these folks who think they must determine what I am comfortable working for. I am a Mesa pilot and I get a lot of **** from these people on here for that. Hopefully I can come fly the Airbus with you all. If we get contract raises, so be it. Until then, I will do my job to the best of my ability, including helping my airline be successful. Without the airline, we would not have jobs.
