OK OK OK. F-ing BS on this. I said that I was going to have to commute bc of SPECIFIC reasons. I still got hired. But then again, my resume demonstrated that I have commuted a lot in the past, and/or been gone away from home a lot (military) so i don't know if that had anything to do with it. Nonetheless. Here's the deal. There have been people that said I won't commute bc I will live in base. BUT!!! they mean they will live in the BASE allegiant has to offer. That doesn't mean the base their SENIORITY will hold!

So by all means show up and be all "NO I WONT COMMUTE" basing it on the fact allegiant has a base where you currently live. Regardless you will have to commute initially most likely. At the end of the day YOU CANNOT! make everyone happy. Especially when you are trying to make s*it very fair with a contract. The company will realise this soon bc this is new to them, and not to mention pilots thinking they will get everything they ever wanted in a job. In this life you get something, you will have to give something else up.
