I couldn't agree with you more..I've had similar luck in the last few months. I really enjoy the lifestyle provided by the company's business model and don't want it to change.

For me, there is no doubt that it is worth making a little less than a "real" airline to be able to have a normal person's life and not have a company (Read: some random crew scheduler or travel employee) be in control of so much of my life 24 hours a day for up to 6 days at a time. I don't ever want to go back to that.
