Just had a gander at sect 20K and did not see a definition per se for field standby (FSB). Also looked through Dave's reserve gouge v5.5 and didn't really see anything in there either. The only thing that I could find was that it is limited to 4 hrs. I could not find anything else as far as time to show/go from notification. Also what is the definition of "field"? On the airport premises? In ops? Crew room? Inside vs outside security? Contract and or LOA ref's would be helpful. Its very likely that i've just missed it and its in the upa plain as day!
