There's no doubt that Amazon posses a threat to the cargo industry. However, Amazon accounts for 4-5% of fedex's total daily freight. Amazon will also need to continue using Fedex for the foreseeable future. Amazon has done really well with Amazon prime. But I do believe that eccomerce will continue to explode, with other companies trying to match amazons quality and speed. I think in the long run, Fedex will Benefit.
