After 16 years, I would hope that you have decided to fly and upgrade on the jet side, attained an instructor or check airman position, and included all benefits in total compensation. Although all the payscales aren't public knowledge, someone in that position would be north of $150k/year working less than half the year. Not bad for a light-to-midsize jet.

Yes, you can make more money somewhere else, but life ain't bad in 6 figures.
