Training is about 2 months including OE. First two weeks are 6 ten hour days of misery. After that your schedule is more staggered.No positive space home until after the type. You will get a single occupancy hotel for the duration.

They are now trying to coerce new hires into training in the middle of the night "to get done quicker". You DO NOT have to train at those time slots. The contract states it's volunteer only. IMO you shouldn't but it's up to you.

Training pay is a complete joke. $1700 gross until you get off OE. If they stalk you out past 90 days (I think it's 90) and it's not your fault do to retrains you start getting guarantee at that point.
