I was underwhelmed. I wanted to be "wowed" , but there is so much left desired.
I'd like to see the red eye language be 0000-0400 more than 3% (seriously), per diem increased significantly. Food is getting expensive and our hotel discounts are all but gone, International override, and I'd like to see the language for section 1 and all these near international bases.
The way I see it is this is our contract till 2025. I'd expect them to drag it our further next time. Our pay rates get us up to others pay now. As stated in the AIP we won't be the highest paid 737 guys for long. As soon as delta gets their contract we'll be right back where we started, looking up.
With the mechanics getting an AIP recently I'd say something is up especially if the FAs get one soon I'd say we all vote no.
I'm not convinced this will become a TA. But if it does it will pass. Too many guys I've spoken with only look at pay and the new boat they can but with their retro check.
