You usually don't get to be the highest paid for more than a year or two. It was unusual that we where the highest paid 737 drivers for 5 plus years because of the bankruptcies at the other carriers. I know we didn't get a lot of qol increases in this AIP but we did move the sticks pretty far when you look at retirement/caps and profit sharing. Add on to that highest paid 737 drivers and it's a win. This is what winning at negotiations look like. Take the money and prepare to fight them even harder in 2020. Because you know they will want even more once they've had a taste of the codeshare/interline crack.
