If any of those 3 bases want their own they should have it. Do a little research on other airlines and their local representation. I'll give you a clue they don't have to travel so far for their meetings. The argument against DFW's own local is all about the division of power at the MEC level. I know it was asked about before we entered "focused negotiations" so it's not a sudden movement. The reason it is just now becoming a known topic to everyone is that a group of guys finally put the work in on their own time to research and submit the request through the proper channels (i.e. Resolution).
