Here's a legitimate question- if you're flight current, have you contemplated the idea of ULCCs like Spirit or Frontier, or ACMIs like ATI or Atlas that let you be home based?
I've heard the WO argument go both ways. A lot of people say that at AAs WOs you can't interview out of turn but very once in a while you find a guy that knows a guy who pulls it off... I know several guys who have apps in at AA as well as all the other legacies.
I haven't heard the same restrictions from any of the preferential interview programs at DAL or UAL.
People I know at Expressjet like the company, the work rules etc. and have no ambition to leave for a regional with a worse contract for a faster upgrade. People I know with PSA backgrounds have either left the company or are counting down the days until they leave because they hate it.
