This post reeks of troll but anyway, let me ask you this:

Why do you think the company wants you to have a later show? Do you think they showed up to work today and said "this crew looks like they could use more rest"? No, they want to adjust your time so when the **** hits the fan they have you on the hook for longer, or they are already pre-planning an extension that previously would've been illegal.

The company isn't going to do you any favors, even if it looks good for you, if they propose it......it's bad.
