The thing I find interesting is most pilots I hear talking want at least UAL in pay. When told that the companies current table position is 2 1/2% above UAL they get a funny look and say really?
I'll add the guys I fly with that want UPS and FEDEX pay, vacation, medical and retirement, to name a few. Oh yeah, we're just an airline, too bad. I wonder why Dalpa wasted time with a UPS vs Delta comparison video, since we're just an airline.
