I always answer my phone. I am just trying to get flight time so every .1 helps. I don't care if I can't commute out. I can't wait to fly an Airbus. The captain should know that he's on the company's time so **** him if he's mad. He should be grateful for extra flight time. As for the FAs, they shouldn't be a FA if they can't deal with this.

I'm just so glad I fly the EMB-175 and not the 145. Might as well be flying a Cessna 150 if you're going to fly the 145.
