And it seems to not matter what your background is or who says your a great guy. What matters is what HR thinks of you. So go to the job fair where you will meet HR.
Like too many other aviation companies, I think their hiring process is completely random.
I started filling out the online application for Atlas and before I'd even finished and submitted it, I got a TBNT's email that said, "TBNTs - reapply in a year." I mean, come on, let a guy actually apply first before you turn him down! LOL
