I agree with most of this but SWA did fire their NC when they would not be transparent about their "ask" and yes it did set them back a year. Now they got a great deal and everyone knew exactly what what was going on.

i feel if I am paying dues so my NC can work for me, then I should know exactly what they are asking for. I don't feel doing all this in secret is good for the pilot group.
