There are only so many senior FOs willing to delay upgrade for another year just so they can fly the shiny new plane. PDX is attainable out of class. There are only 4 or 5 FOs left in PDX on the CRJ. SEA is going to grow exponentially. I don't think new hires will have a problem getting time going forward.
