Spirits pay proposal to the union is a 4 year deal. Top of scale FOs to make 128 at date of sign and rise to 142 by year 4.
Top of scale captains to make 200 and rise to 232 by year 4.
First year FO starts at 40.
Again, those rates are what the company is proposing. I don't know what the union has asked for.
That was also back in December of 2015. The market has moved upward significantly since then. Even back then we (Spirit) laughed it right back at them
