I didn't mean to, poor choice of wording on my part. If you look at my following post I shifted the blame more on training/management. I hate that we are held up to such high expectations and morales, responsibilities and when I try and make this job "fun" or go an extra mile to make it more enjoyable, I get slapped for it. Management turns it all around, and I think makes the pilots look...... Well. It doesn't paint a clear picture about what goes on here, it also contradicts what they preach to us about image and being a professional.
