Not entirely true, B6 does not have open negotiations. Let the NC do their job. Do I want to be a fly on the wall in bargaining sessions, HELL YA! I have all the confidence in our NC. Just remember they are fighting for you and a respectable, maybe even great contract. I'd start thanking them instead of bashing every time we don't hear every little tidbit. I'm certain I just set myself up for a bashing, but let's start backing our guys and start showing a little unity in a joint effort that we all can reap rewards from.
