Heard that Compass is currently being pretty picky with new hires. As a former compass pilot I'm happy to hear it is once again getting to be the hard place to be hired. I was told the other day 6 interviewed and only 2 were offered jobs. In fact one interviewee said they could get hired at Skywest and so the recruiter told him to go there! That's great to hear. Compass was a tough place when I was there and I'm glad they are still holding that up. Don't settle for Skywest material guys, you all are much better!
