So phase two or CJO or both? Just trying to gauge how fast things move after initial phase one interview. It's my understanding that if you make phase two you are in short of them catching you lying. I thought the CJO came after all the background checks were complete during phase two.
Phase II is not a CJO. You have to get through the hiring committee and the background checks and any pilot here who doesn't like you talking to one of the Chiefs after seeing a name on the board. Usually doesn't happen but I've seen it happening more and more lately
