Phase II is not a CJO. You have to get through the hiring committee and the background checks and any pilot here who doesn't like you talking to one of the Chiefs after seeing a name on the board. Usually doesn't happen but I've seen it happening more and more lately
Also- DO NOT bang any recurrent checks (Oral or otherwise). That will end your candidacy and youll have to re-interview if you happen to be selected again.
