This isn't the time for us to go "Rouge" and attempt to strong arm the NC for demands, we are a year past the amendable date, you honestly think they would have it finished by now? That's as delusional as a change.org petition working for us. If we get to year three and everything is stalled then we can add pressure but this isn't putting pressure on the NC, this is creating a sideshow that lets the company show the arbitrator we are dysfunctional ****s who can't get our **** together. I have more years in NMB negotiations than most retired at a legacy and believe me or not, this is not proactive.
