How do they handle the equipment and base drop when there are returning furloughs in the class? If there are 20 in your class and 4 are returning, are there only 16 slots for new hires to bid on BES?

if they are returning from Mil LOA or another approved LOA they don't impact the drop (they know what fleet/seat/domicile already)... if a straight return from furlough/recall then they go off seniority of the returning guys/gals... then they go off the age of the new hires.
