I registered with airline apps in 2005. I used a different email at the time. The email does NOT go to your email provided on your UAL addendum, nor your main application contact info, only the email address in your user profile which is separate from your app.
So yes, I almost missed my invite. However, my OCD at checking every inbox ever saved me. Spam folder, old email address.
