It's not a important tool, educating yourself on PBS is the best tool you can have instead of coming up with conspiracy theories, I've yet to see once in the Sapa forums where someone complained and they couldn't figure out where they went wrong. This is exactly right. I completely agree.
Those who are not getting the schedules their seniority allows them to hold simply do not know how to bid. It would be wise to educate themselves on how the bidding system works. Some properties cannot be used together so PBS will just give you trips of its choosing because you've asked the impossible.
I've always had great luck with bidding since my first month with a line because I chose to learn how pbs worked.
I will still be voting yes. Many of the ones who haven't taken the time to learn PBS this far likely won't take the effort to learn it now but transparency will be a good thing overall.
They better get a few more phone lines for the PBS hotline though. If they think there are complaints now, wait until there's bid transparency.
