If their first year FO pay is industry leading, they will fill classes. This is good for the Mesa pilot group, gives us more leverage for a better contract, as our classes will be empty.
This would be good for all pilot groups. RAH, Endeavors, and the other "higher" starting pay companies helped force Envoy to raise the pay.
