Where were you decrying the fact that most of our FOs made less than half the hourly rate of our Captains? Or why were you OK with every senior lifer keeping his 18 year pay scale while all those behind you get to be capped at 4 yr FO/12 yr CA? I'm just kind of confused as to your sudden interest in equality and fairness.
