F/o's got 20k, plus 5k as f/o plus another 7 5k upgrading, as a new hire they got 15k.

You afraid of inequality, talk to a mainline pilot. Inequality exists everywhere especially this business. The 4/12 you spout is for new hires and captains. But they have carve outs that they kept longevity pay even with 4/12.

So I really don't see your point or point you are trying to make other than you support management.

Should have known what YOU were getting when you decided NOT to flow. If you are that senior you've been making six figures for over a decade now and you have your 18year pay step. Stop your crying like a little girl and be happy for 98% of your co-workers. A healthier Envoy ultimately benefits you as well. Butt head.
