You afraid of inequality, talk to a mainline pilot. Inequality exists everywhere especially this business. The 4/12 you spout is for new hires and captains. But they have carve outs that they kept longevity pay even with 4/12.
So I really don't see your point or point you are trying to make other than you support management.

LOL, I haven't been called a butt head in a long time, but its true, so I'll let it go.
My point is this, even with the bonuses and pay (whatever they may be) you will probably still be the highest paid frontline employee at the company and these bonuses will ensure that there will continue to be pilots willing to sit to your right and swing your gear until you retire. Seems to me, that alone would be enough to make you happy and not cry, "But what about me!"
