What no one realizes is what option does AA have if we all say no? This is exactly what will happen, nothing for 4-6 months and then come back with a better than last agreement. Everything is in our favor at this point. I really don't see how guys on property would actually take this, as it hardly does anything for FOs here among all 3 WHO's. But I suppose everyone will take the money and run.
We are still in the top of the 1st inning into this pilot shortage so better offers are going to keep coming anyway, might as well take the free money when you can. Nobody says this is the final LOA/MOU until the CBA is up. This offer won't staff the WOs and the next one won't either but take their money in the meantime.
