Sounds like you are new to the game...in the airline business, you are rewarded for your seniority-- not your merits. If I were rewarded for everything I have contributed to this company, and the safe travel I have given to my passengers, I, like the majority of my coworkers, would have been promoted long ago. Seniority it everything. Get in early.
