gimmickry", courtesy of AAG. It's more TEMPORARY dressing on a widening wound. FIX THE DAMNED PAYSCALES!! Enough with the bandaids!
Imagine this: The MECs (all three) say "no". Then what? Do you think that AAG will simply say, "Well alright! We're just going to keep things the way that they are and hope we can continue to attract (and retain) pilots."???? Hell no!! AAG
NEEDS this deal more than WE do! THEY need to attract new pilots!!! We are simply putting in our time until we get the next call.
The point is this: We would *LIKE* more pay but they *NEED* to attract more pilots. They can (and would have) done better,..... if we would have MADE them do better.
