This announcement makes envoy a top tier choice for a prospective new hire. Envoy is many things and we have our issues. So do all regionals. So do all carriers. Senior FOs are now making what a "quick upgrade" captain makes at Mesa and has a better quality of life with a guaranteed career path. 1000 TPIC is not the magic ticket to getting hired at the majors, one would be smart to hedge their bets at envoy. We are looking to improve our RSV and schedules in the near future. If we can combine these pay improvements with better work rules, it's a great time to be an envoy pilot!
Speaking of reserve, what's the word on the illegal preassigned RAP1? The judge decided on the case in the end of August and we haven't heard anything from our union. Just curious to see if anyone else has heard something. Two and half years on reserve and moving down the list (EMB CA DFW). For all that is holy please fix reserve!
