Its more than Mgmts job, we all have a role to play to play improving and all our words are impactful to both potential newhires and current. Don't burn the hand that feeds you, find intelligent ways to make a difference.

People all pilots at the WO should do atleast one of the following to make a difference.

1. Get involved in Union
2. Volunteer to help Union
3. Volunteer at company Charity events and network.
4. Try to get involved or with recruiting and make extra cash
5. Try not to trash your home base, pilot group, or union members fighting for your benefits publicly. Keep your grievence inhouse and solve it inhouse like mature individuals do. Your bitting both hands trying to eat from plate (in other words, your hurting your own future prospectus 1 debbie downer salty post at a time).

Just my opinion. Strong pilot group, strong WO, strong Union.

EVY/PSA/PDT support each other. BE united, be a strong a WO/pilot group GOING FORWARD.
Ric Wilson? I didn't know you posted on APC!!
I'm getting a kick out of all these new guys who haven't even started class or who are still on probation coming on here and telling it how it is! To all the senior FO's and captains on here whom I once worked with, congrats on the well deserved raises! You have certainly earned it through all the bankruptcy and post bankruptcy concessionary contracts that were forced upon you!
You newbies would do well to listen and learn from those who paved the way before you!
