They are getting their resumes walked in to the chief pilot of their base. It doesn't matter if an FO or Capt. walks it in for you.

If you want to meet KD first hand, get off the couch and go to an AIR Inc. meeting. KD will show up their and you can talk to him first hand. Yeah, it costs some money, but you'd be surprised what it can do for you.
