Average to below average management teams routinely go to that page in the playbook. Not sure if DL is or not at this point, but it doesn't work. All it does is throw sand in the gears of employee relations and that's not good for anyone. I can't think of a single pilot on any side of any of this that would accept any of management's poison pills in order to hopefully please other labor groups. That's just not a thing. Like at all.
