But with the significant (albeit unbalanced) pay bumps/bonuses combined with the flow/move-to-other-airline outflows, it appears very likely that in a year both upgrade and flow numbers will be half as long as they are now. I am sure that the 40 per month flow will be capped at some point, but it looks like they are trying to make good on the 2.5-5 promise of Charlie Bucket.
If I were a prospective new hire, I'd choose historical facts over a company salesman spouting 'it appears very likely' we'll fail.
