Just to be clear, the Union pilots that used to be very involved in helping to conduct interviews and selected pilots to work for the company have been completely pushed out of participating in the hiring process altogether.

To say the labor/management relationship here is toxic would be a huge understatement. Working at the old Northwest Airlines, with their notorious labor/management relations issues would be like working at Disney World compared to how things are now at Atlas.

IF you still want to come here, after repeated warnings otherwise, prepare to walk into the middle of a bloody war. It is a horrible work environment and getting worse by the day.
