Saw one of your new CL650s on the ramp at HPN a few days ago. How are the pilots liking these new birds? I moved over to the CL650 in March.... I'm on my 11th year here.... fwiw...
What can I say about it.... the 650 is a 604 with a pretty interior and avionics.
I flew the CRJ nearly 20 years ago and other than a handful of the newer planes in the fleet with the "Gucci leather" interior, it's the same 20+ year old cockpit!
The avionics is the ProLine 21 system. The whole "Vision" moniker has more to do with the pretty interior (cosmetics) than the electronics. Whatever they're calling it now, it's still a core ProLine 21 system.
The weather radar is the best I've ever used in my career... That thing it's wicked awesome!!!![emoji41]
Not sure what the future plans are for this plane beyond the initial order of 25 .... Keep getting "mixed messages" from HQ...
