Here is a quick workup that I did regarding the comparative pay rates for all the major regional carriers. I looked at 5 and 10 year total compensation with regards to bonuses, upgrade times, and per diem. Obviously things like defined benefits and overtime/hidden-time income can't be taken into account. Though I think it's a little misleading to guesstimate the change in Envoy upgrade time without doing so for the others..many of which have upgrade times on the verge of dropping. But I understand you're at Envoy so you have more insight there than you would at other regionals.
