Hey guys, i'm breaking into 121 in 4 months and looking at Envoy now.
There's been a lot of talk on here about 30/mo flowing to American, and soon maybe 40/mo, but in the table listed on the airline profiles section it says

the lesser of : 25% of new hires at American (which could reach 1000/yr in the upcoming years)250/yr is 20/mo.

or 5 pilots plus one for every 125 extra pilots on the seniority list. Given a seniority list of 1850 thats approx 15/mo.

Both of these numbers are vastly less than 30-40/month. So what's the deal?
