Right now it is 50%. That can be withheld to 30 per month but they can also flow more if American and Envoy desire. Around the middle of next year, it will be 35%, but when we receive our 40th 175, that will trigger the flow to bump back up to 50% but meterable to 25 a month at that point. Once again, they can always do more if agreed upon.
The numbers you are quoting are a few years from now. But, those who get onboard now get to ride the wave of 30 or 40 a month leaving.
The 5.5 year projection takes into consideration the flow through agreement with all its different groups. As long as AA keeps hiring, it will happen. Staffing for Envoy will not be an issue. We put 42 in class last month and will have around 35 this month. And that's all before the new pay structure was announced.
