With raises comes new hires. Watch what happens in a month when all the applications and interviews work there way through and then start making the decisions. Judging by your post history It seems like your close to being able to apply but not quite at the hiring point. Watch it unfold and see how it works if you want.

Is 5 years guranteed? No. No recruiter will tell you that. Projections for someone hired now may indicate that, and thats what they will tell you. If we hire more and more and more people the flow date will be pushed farther and farther back though.
