You are right in the fact that maybe I'm being a little too one-sided. I'm optimistic about the flow but I'm also trying to be more realistic and look at the "what if" stuff. I apologize if I've been biased.
I'm all for looking at what ifs. Like people should know that if envoy can't staff the flow will be metered and there won't be a 40 person envoy month. However, there is another what if. What if envoy attracts classes of 30 and AA is able to hire 50% of their new hires through envoy through the protected pilots and 35% of the bankruptcy pilots and 25% of the post DOS. The list would fly through.
At this point it's too early to tell how well the incentives would work, but I am betting we see a lot more applicants. 60k is nothing to laugh at.
